Required Tasks:
IT technical support responsible with experience in computers and networks. Comprehensive practical experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Practical technical knowledge of the latest operating systems, network protocols, and standard practices. Good understanding of management objectives. Ability to perform tasks and prioritize under pressure. Management and maintenance of computer hardware and software. Preparation and maintenance of computer networks (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi). Monitoring network performance and resolving technical issues. Installation, operation, and maintenance of CCTV monitoring systems (CCTV – DVR/NVR). Securing systems and networks and protecting data. Implementing backup and data recovery. Providing technical support to company employees. Documenting technical settings and systems. Coordination with suppliers and maintenance companies.
