???? Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute monthly content plans across social media platforms.
* Create, write, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, short-form videos, and digital campaigns.
* Manage audience engagement and respond professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
* Develop and implement digital campaigns for initiatives, projects, and special occasions.
* Monitor digital trends and leverage relevant trends while maintaining the Association's brand identity.
* Collaborate with design and media teams to produce cohesive and engaging content.
* Monitor and analyze content performance and prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all digital platforms.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
* Strong creative writing and copywriting skills.
* Good understanding of Digital Marketing and content analytics tools.
* Strong creative thinking, planning, time management, and teamwork skills.
* Passion for digital communication and staying updated with the latest social media trends and technologies.
