Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job postings to interviewing and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
Payroll & Attendance Management: Monitor daily attendance, process leaves, track working hours, and coordinate with finance for timely monthly payroll processing.
Performance & Employee Relations: Support performance review cycles, serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
Labor Law & Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance with local Egyptian labor laws, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
Experience with HR module systems (e.g., Odoo, Matrix, or similar HRIS) is preferred.
Good understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance processes.
Able to commute to and from Mokattam City.
