التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لاستكشاف المشاكل وحلها في الإنتاج.
دعم تنفيذ مبادئ التصنيع الرشيق وتحسين العمليات المستمر.
إعداد تقارير الإنتاج اليومية وتحليل البيانات لتحديد مجالات التحسين.
المساعدة في تطوير وصيانة تعليمات العمل والإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية وبروتوكولات السلامة.
المشاركة في برامج التدريب واكتساب خبرة عملية مع آلات وأنظمة الإنتاج.
ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة والمعايير الصناعية ومتطلبات الأيزو.
المتطلبات
حصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو الإنتاج أو الكيميائية.
خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات.
مهارات تحليلية وحل المشاكل القوية.
الإلمام بمبادئ وأدوات التصنيع الرشيق هو ميزة إضافية.
إتقان حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسل، وورد، باوربوينت).
مهارات جيدة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
الرغبة في التعلم والتكيف في بيئة تصنيع سريعة الخطى.
Assist in monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare daily production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in developing and maintaining work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
Participate in training programs and gain hands-on experience with production machinery and systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ISO requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Chemical Engineering.
0-2 years of Experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
