Daily Duties: Responsible for receiving customers and responding to all their inquiries regarding prices, product features, and installment plans, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales targets and build good customer relationships. Solving customer problems and understanding their causes, while working to provide appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the buying experience. Executing the entire sales process on the system, from order entry to payment completion, including collecting sales payments from customers whether in cash, payment cards, or through various installment applications and plans. Replacing products with manufacturing defects according to company policies, ensuring the maintenance of service standards and customer satisfaction. Continuously following up with the branch supervisor regarding promotional offers and the latest product price updates to support the sales process and enhance sales opportunities, in addition to notifying the branch supervisor of required product requests from warehouses to ensure item availability and successfully complete sales deals.
