As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Maintenance & Operations Manager to lead our maintenance operations and service fleet, ensuring our customers receive world-class technical support and reliability.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all customers

• Analyze maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization

• Monitor expenses and investigate unusual service activities

• Maintain accurate records for machines and maintenance history

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance teams

• Allocate tasks and ensure effective team productivity and performance

• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments regarding requirements

• Manage relationships and coordinate with customers

• Respond effectively to machine breakdowns and operational emergencies

• Prepare regular performance, maintenance, and cost reports

• Develop and maintain fleet service procedures and maintenance standards

• Ensure proper documentation and control of all service expenses and activities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• 5–8 years of experience in maintenance management, fleet management, or technical operations, with proven experience managing teams

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track costs, KPIs, and service performance

• Solid understanding of preventive/corrective maintenance systems and fleet service standards

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and cross-department coordination skills

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

• Proficiency in maintenance/fleet management software and reporting tools is a plus

• Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure during breakdowns or emergencies

• CRM / ERP system knowledge.
