((Job Summary))
The Maintenance Section Head oversees the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. This role ensures maximum equipment reliability, manages maintenance personnel, controls maintenance budgets .

((Key Responsibilities))
1- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
2- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs of utility system including water , compressed air system , boiler , chillers & HAVC required.
3- Strong background in mechanical and electric trouble shooting .
4- Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions to minimize production down time.
5- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and improvement plans with Ensure all maintenance documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
6- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment.

((Qualifications ))
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
2. +7 years in Pharma or Cosmo Field with supervisory or leadership experience.
3. Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
4. Knowledge of safety regulations and continuous improvement methodologies.
