United Elevators is hiring Senior Logistics Specialist.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems, import logistics, and customs regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery of materials and products, including import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Optimize transportation routes, loads, and delivery schedules to improve operational efficiency and control costs.
- Prepare and follow up on shipping and logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with customs and import/export requirements.
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays, discrepancies, and other logistics issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the Fleet Supervisor, ensuring proper execution of transportation plans, vehicle utilization, and compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Working Conditions: - Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays - Location: Industrial Area, New Cairo, with occasional visits to the factory in Badr City.
