Daily Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving customers and answering all their inquiries regarding prices, product features, and installment plans, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales targets and build good customer relationships. Resolving customer issues and understanding their root causes, while working to provide appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the buying experience. Executing the entire sales process on the system, from order entry to payment completion, including collecting sales payments from customers whether in cash, via payment cards, or through various installment applications and systems. Replacing products with manufacturing defects according to company policies, ensuring the maintenance of service quality and customer satisfaction. Continuously following up with the branch supervisor regarding promotional offers and the latest product price updates to support the sales process and boost sales opportunities, as well as notifying the branch supervisor of necessary product requests from the warehouse to ensure item availability and successfully close sales deals.
