Role Description

The Scales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Asyut, Egypt. The individual in this role will oversee the operation of weighing systems, ensure accurate measurement of building materials, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include supervising the scales team, resolving any technical issues, verifying and recording weight data, and ensuring the efficient flow of operations. The Scales Supervisor will also monitor equipment performance, maintain documentation, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in operating and maintaining weighing systems and related technologies Experience in supervising team members and managing operational workflows Strong organizational, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills Ability to comply with safety guidelines and regulatory requirements Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in the building materials industry or a similar field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
