Job Details

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager responsible for managing and developing the entire human resources system, ensuring operational organization, increasing employee efficiency, and achieving fairness and transparency within the work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Payroll and Benefits

  • Manage and prepare payroll, review attendance, overtime, and deductions.
  • Follow up on promotions, increments, terminations, and issue payslips.
  • Develop and periodically review a fair salary structure according to market requirements.
  • Manage benefits, incentives, allowances, and performance bonuses.
  • Monitor social insurance, obligations, and relevant government reports.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs in cooperation with various departments.
  • Prepare and implement orientation programs for new employees and professional development programs.
  • Organize technical, behavioral, and leadership skills development programs.
  • Evaluate the impact of training programs and measure their reflection on employee performance.
  • Establish clear career paths and plans for promotion, development, and succession.

Personnel Affairs

  • Manage and update employee files and records while ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, leaves, and employee balances.
  • Implement human resources policies and procedures and monitor compliance.
  • Receive complaints and issues, investigate them, and handle disputes professionally and objectively.
  • Manage resignation and termination procedures, including final settlements, handover of assets, and closing access permissions.

Job Objective: Build and develop an effective human resources system that supports the organization's goals, improves employee experience, and enhances performance and productivity, while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A suitable university degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Relevant practical experience in Human Resources management.
  • Good knowledge of payroll systems, social insurance, and personnel affairs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle employee data with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and human resources management systems is an added advantage.
