• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential E-commerce clients (brands and online stores) who can benefit from our performance marketing services.

• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire B2B sales pipeline from initial contact and qualification to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

• Client Acquisition: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new high-value clients.

• Proposal Development: Create and present customized technical and financial proposals (Pitche Decks) tailored to the specific needs and market realities of prospective clients.

• CRM Management: Accurately track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Media Buying and Content teams to ensure the proposed solutions are realistic, deliverable, and aligned with the agency's capabilities.

• Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with E-commerce trends, competitor activities, and market shifts, particularly within the GCC and Saudi markets.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within a Digital Marketing Agency, Performance Marketing.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing terminology and performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CAC) and the E-commerce ecosystem.

• Market Expertise: Previous experience selling to the Saudi Arabian market and familiarity with platforms like Salla, Zid, and Shopify is highly preferred.

• Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and presentation software.

• Language: Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Traits: Self-starter, target-driven, with strong leadership and time-management capabilities.
