Job Summary:Manage and guide the Corporate Credit team serving Mid-Cap companies to achieve financial targets in alignment with the Bank’s overall strategy. The role focuses on strengthening customer centricity, enhancing risk awareness, fostering teamwork, ensuring high service quality, and maintaining a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Job Responsibilities:Manage the overall portfolio of the Mid-Cap Corporate Banking team, ensuring portfolio growth, profitability, and asset quality. Generate new business opportunities to increase the Bank’s assets and achieve financial targets in line with predefined marketing strategies. Drive asset growth and profitability while maintaining a healthy and well-performing portfolio with minimal non-performing loans. Enhance cross-selling opportunities through effective coordination with relevant Bank departments. Develop and maintain a monthly schedule of marketing calls and client meetings to attract new relationships, increase profitability, and retain existing and newly acquired clients. Monitor performing accounts through periodic reports prepared by the team to identify and prevent past-due obligations, excesses, and breaches of applicable terms and conditions. Conduct calls and meetings with key accounts and ensure regular visits to existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities. Review and ensure that all Credit Portfolio Monitoring (CPM) reviews are completed on time, within the appropriate facility structure, while identifying, mitigating, and preventing credit risks. Review market studies to identify key industries that align with the Bank’s strategic objectives and target sectors. Identify key companies within targeted industries to attract and establish new business relationships. Assess and maintain databases containing relevant information on key industries to support business development and credit decisions. Recommend the gradual exit from questionable customer relationships and identify clients with strong potential for deeper and more profitable relationships. Monitor market and governmental conditions that may impact the credit quality of the Bank’s assets and take appropriate preventive measures. Ensure the Bank provides high-quality and competitive services and appropriate facility structures to all clients. Review new corporate banking products to ensure alignment with credit clients’ requirements and provide optimal, innovative financing solutions that strengthen the Bank’s competitiveness. Review reports and business updates submitted to the Head of Mid-Cap Corporate Banking and Senior Management. Develop and execute team plans to achieve business targets, including credit portfolio growth projections and new business forecasts. Provide professional coaching and guidance to direct reports, ensuring their awareness of marketing strategies and management priorities. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members, identifying strengths and development areas to enhance capabilities, improve productivity, and maximize overall team performance.

Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.8–10 years of banking experience, including at least 7 years of experience in Corporate Credit. Credit Course / Banking Credit Certification is required. CFA or MBA is preferred.
