Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting market research to identify trends and potential clients, and preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams to align client needs with agency services, maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities, and following up consistently to move prospects through the sales cycle. The Business Development Specialist will also manage ongoing communication with clients, track performance against targets, and contribute insights to refine business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:* Identify and approach potential clients and key marketing decision-makers* Generate qualified leads and secure new business meetings* Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients* Present the agency’s capabilities, services, and case studies* Identify new briefs, pitches, RFPs, and partnership opportunities* Coordinate with internal teams on proposals and pitches* Follow up with prospects throughout the business development cycle* Maintain and report on the agency’s new-business pipeline
What We’re Looking For:* 2–4 years of relevant experience* Agency experience in advertising, digital, influencer marketing, PR, media, or events is strongly preferred* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills* Excellent English & Arabic* Proactive, confident, organized, and target-driven* Strong understanding of the Egyptian marketing and advertising landscape
