Al-Futtaim Automotive announces an opportunity to join the Aftersales team as a Warehouse Keeper in Obour – Cairo. About the Job: The Warehouse Keeper will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse and spare parts operations, including receiving goods, storage, order preparation, packing, delivery, and inventory control, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved work procedures.
The role also contributes to maintaining stock availability, supporting sales needs and promotional campaigns, and ensuring the application of safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the warehouse.
Job Responsibilities: Receiving shipments and verifying quantities and product condition, matching them with purchase orders and delivery documents. Ensuring the coding, arrangement, and storage of spare parts, tires, oils, batteries, and other materials in their designated locations according to approved procedures. Accurately preparing and packing orders for B2B customers, branches, workshops, campaigns, and various sales channels. Maintaining the accuracy of inventory movements in the system and participating in periodic and physical inventory counts. Reconciling physical stock balances with system records and immediately reporting any discrepancies, damaged, or stagnant items. Monitoring fast-moving and critical items and coordinating with the Inventory Controller to ensure timely replenishment and minimize stock-outs. Supporting quotation processes, invoicing, transfers, returns, order preparation, and receiving by completing required documentation accurately and on time. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and SOPs. Supporting campaigns and promotions by preparing stock and pre-orders and coordinating with spare parts and sales teams. Adhering to approved work procedures and reporting any discrepancies, operational issues, or opportunities for improvement to the direct supervisor.
