This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager will manage customer accounts, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients to address their needs and provide solutions.

- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in sales techniques and knowledge of IT-related products or services is a plus
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a relevant field
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to client needs
