الوصف الوظيفي نحن نبحث عن مقدر تكاليف ذو خبرة واهتمام بالتفاصيل لنجارة وخشبيات. هذا الدور بدوام كامل، ومكان العمل في القاهرة، مصر. سيكون مقدر التكاليف مسؤولاً عن تحليل متطلبات المشروع، وإعداد تقديرات تكلفة دقيقة لمشاريع النجارة والخشب، والتعاون مع فرق إدارة المشروع والمبيعات. المؤهلات • الطلاقة في قراءة وتفسير المخططات المعمارية والرسومات والمواصفات الفنية المتعلقة بمشروعات النجارة والخشب. • الانتباه الشديد لأدق التفاصيل مع خبرة في تقدير التكاليف، إعداد الميزانية، واستراتيجيات التسعير لمنتجات النجارة والخشب. • معرفة بالمواد والأدوات والآلات المستخدمة في تصنيع الأبواب الخشبية والأثاث والخزائن وغيرها من عناصر النجارة. • الإلمام ببرامج ذات صلة مثل Auto CAD وMicrosoft Excel. • يفضل شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو مسح الكميات أو مجال ذي صلة. • يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مشاريع النجارة أو الخشب أو التصميم الداخلي.
Joinery and Woodwork Estimator (Cairo, Egypt)
Role Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator for Joinery and Woodwork. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Estimator will be responsible for analysing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates for joinery and woodwork projects, and collaborating with the project management and sales teams. Qualifications • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans, drawings, and technical specifications related to joinery and woodwork projects.• Strong attention to detail with expertise in cost estimation, budget preparation, and pricing strategies for joinery and woodwork products.• Knowledge of materials, tools, and machinery used in the manufacturing of wooden doors, furniture, cabinets, and other joinery items.• Proficiency in relevant software such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel.• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.• Prior experience in joinery, woodworking, or interior design projects is a must .
