Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager position based in Cairo, Egypt.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the branch, including team management, service quality, food quality, inventory, cost control, sales performance, and compliance with 8One Burger’s operational and food safety standards.
This is a hands-on operational role. The successful candidate is expected to be present on the floor, identify operational gaps, take corrective action, develop the team, and continuously improve branch performance.


Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily branch operations across all shifts. Recruit, train, coach, and manage branch employees. Ensure compliance with operational, food safety, hygiene, and service standards. Monitor sales performance and branch KPIs. Manage food cost, labor cost, waste, and overall branch profitability. Control inventory, ordering, receiving, and stock variances. Improve service speed, order accuracy, food quality, and customer experience. Monitor customer feedback and delivery platform performance. Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain a disciplined, accountable, and performance-driven work environment. Prepare and follow up on operational and performance reports.

Qualifications
Proven experience in the QSR, fast-food, or casual dining industry. Previous experience in burger, fast-food, or QSR concepts is required. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food cost, labor cost, inventory management, and P&L. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop restaurant teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on management style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with delivery platforms and high-volume restaurant operations is preferred. Ability to work full-time on-site in Cairo, Egypt
