Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Broker in real estate investment. The Freelance Broker will source and evaluate property investment opportunities, conduct market and financial analysis, and advise clients on potential returns and risks. Day-to-day responsibilities include networking with property owners and investors, negotiating purchase and sale terms, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with legal and financial partners as needed. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local and national market trends, managing a pipeline of deals, and providing clear, timely communication to clients throughout the transaction process. We have an opportunity for freelance brokers with 75% commission(around 25K per million) and a referral program that lets you earn 2K per million from every deal closed by your referrals.
