Deloitte is seeking an analyst specializing in procurement technology. In this role, you will work with clients across a variety of industries (public sector, healthcare, financial services, technology, etc.) to optimize their procurement processes through the design and implementation of leading-edge digital solutions. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain and procurement technology to help brainstorm new processes and ideas with clients, translate business requirements into functional requirements, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to see these blueprints come to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interest in procurement and supply chain: Primarily focusing on client-facing projects providing strategy and operations consulting to major clients, with a specific focus on sourcing and procurement technology.
  • Procurement technology: Being part of a team that delivers the strategy, design, implementation, and deployment of procurement technology solutions, in particular SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, and custom GenAI agents for procurement.
  • Business analysis: Translating business requirements into actionable solutions through stakeholder engagement, process analysis, data interpretation, workshop facilitation, and the development of high-quality deliverables that support client objectives and technology implementations.
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and teams through presentations, workshops, discussions, and written deliverables.
  • Project and time management: Delivering activities on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard of quality, tailored to fulfill client expectations, and delivering multiple pieces of work in parallel, both client-facing and internal.
  • Client advisory: Working directly with clients to understand objectives, solve complex challenges, and deliver business value through their supply chain.
  • Stakeholder management: Building relationships across the team (internally and with clients), facilitating decision-making, and securing commitment from key client and project stakeholders.
  • Workshop preparation and facilitation: Designing and delivering engaging workshops that align stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive outcomes.
  • Team collaboration: Working effectively within diverse, inclusive teams and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Additional practice development: Actively participating in and contributing to the success of the practice, and supporting development of the Deloitte business, brand, and reputation.
  • Personal development: Proactively driving your own development through access to on-the-job coaching and an array of training options.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong English language capability. Other languages also preferable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • A passion for technology and innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Great communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable:

  • Relevant practical experience in some of the following areas of sourcing and procurement: digital procurement, procurement transformation, strategic sourcing and cost reduction, supplier innovation and performance improvement.
  • Experience in procurement technology applications, preferably SAP Ariba or Coupa, though experience in Oracle, GEP, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Icertis, and/or other procurement technology is welcome where the experience is rich.
  • An understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk, and protect the firm's reputation.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market-leading solutions that make a difference.

Personal independence
