Job requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial). At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of quality. Strongly preferred previous experience in the industrial gases field (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide). Good familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and preferred experience with medical/industrial gas standards (such as ISO 7396 or CE standards if available). Experience in preparing and following up on inspection and testing procedures. Ability to generate quality-related reports and follow up with customers. Data analysis and problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis). Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, ERP programs preferred. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team and interact with regulatory bodies and mills. Major responsibilities: Supervising the implementation of the Quality Management System within the plant; monitoring product quality from raw materials to the final product; conducting periodic inspections on production and packing lines; preparing periodic quality indicator reports; handling customer complaints and following up on closure; coordinating with regulatory authorities (Ministry of Health/Industry as applicable) regarding licenses and conformity.
