Residents will conduct practical research, test new approaches, and deliver meaningful contributions through two structured rotations.
How you'll shape your future Work the full forecasting lifecycle on a live Finaira system: data quality, classical and deep-learning models, classification reformulation, and behavioral segmentation Run R&D on open problems in the domain: benchmark newer forecasting methods honestly against established baselines and establish where they win Read current literature and turn promising ideas into tested experiments rather than summaries Complete two rotations of five to six months, each ending in a shipped contribution and a proof-ofconcept Work with a discipline mentor for each rotation, reviewed at fixed checkpoints.
