Role Description The Personal Assistant role at Dunes Developments is a full-time, on-site position based in Sheikh Zayed City. This role involves providing day-to-day administrative and personal support to senior team members, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, coordinating travel and appointments, and handling correspondence. The Personal Assistant will maintain records, prepare basic reports, and support clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The role also includes liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, managing follow-ups, and ensuring tasks and commitments are completed on time. The Personal Assistant is expected to maintain confidentiality, present information clearly, and represent the organization in a professional manner.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leaders or executives. Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional interpersonal abilities. Proficient Diary Management skills, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating meetings and events. Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic report creation. High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, professional environment, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset. Proficiency with office software (e.g., email tools, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets). Previous experience in real estate, property development, or hospitality environments is an advantage. Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field preferred.
