We’re Hiring! Sales Team – Marketing Agency
We’re seeking talented and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing Marketing Agency in New Cairo.
We’re currently hiring for the following positions:
* Sales Manager* Sales Agents
The ideal candidates should have a strong sales background with a solid understanding of Marketing and Advertising Services, and the ability to build strong client relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales targets.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in Sales within a Marketing / Advertising Agency is highly preferred.* Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Marketing Services.* Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new clients.* Experience in presenting and selling marketing services and solutions.* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.* Ability to identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.* Results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.* Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to recommend suitable marketing solutions.
For Sales Manager:
* Minimum 2 years of relevant Sales experience, preferably within a Marketing / Advertising Agency.* Previous experience managing, coaching, and developing a Sales Team.* Ability to set sales strategies, monitor performance, and achieve team targets.* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
For Sales Agents:
* Minimum 1 year of Sales experience.* Previous experience selling Marketing Services is highly preferred.* Ability to handle the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.* Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
