Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role based in 6th of October. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of real estate development projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of resources across multiple sites. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, supervising contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and resolving issues that may affect scope, cost, or schedule. The role involves close collaboration with design, construction, logistics, and sales teams, as well as regular reporting to senior leadership on project progress and risk mitigation. The Senior Project Manager will also drive process improvements, support sustainable building practices, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation for all project phases. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards across construction activities. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material flow, site logistics, and coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites. Proven experience managing mid- to large-scale real estate or construction projects, preferably in sustainable or eco-conscious developments. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines and budget targets. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with external partners. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
