Role Description:We are looking for a dual-hatted Travel Consultant who understands the Egyptian travel landscape inside and out, and wants to shape the future of travel technology. In this unique role, you will perform the duties of a traditional travel consultant—managing client requests, building itineraries, and handling group operations. However, you will execute all of this using Nexplore, acting as our most critical internal user. You will work directly with our product and engineering teams to test, refine, and build features based on your real-world experience on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:Travel Operations: Handle end-to-end consultant duties, from capturing leads in the unified inbox to managing live group executions and dispatching on the ground. Itinerary Creation: Utilize Nexplore's drag-and-drop Itinerary Builder to craft beautiful, branded proposals from live inventory in minutes. Product Collaboration: Act as the vital bridge between operations and technology. Provide real-time, hands-on feedback to the development team on UI/UX, workflow efficiency, and new feature requirements. Real-World Testing: Push the Nexplore platform to its limits in live scenarios. Identify edge cases in the CRM, financial engine, and compliance radar to ensure flawless performance before we roll updates out to our clients. Knowledge Sharing: Document your workflows and create best-practice guides to help our external clients maximize their use of the platform.

Qualifications:Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Operations Executive, or similar role within an Egyptian travel agency or DMC. Intimate knowledge of the pain points associated with manual travel operations (e.g., spreadsheet dependency, Whats App chaos, manual pricing errors). Highly tech-savvy with a passion for software and a strong analytical mindset. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate operational needs and bugs clearly to software engineers. Adaptability and a problem-solving attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, product-building environment.
