Ensuring readiness of vehicles for operation and reducing downtime. Monitoring consumption of spare parts, oils, and materials used in maintenance. Coordinating with the Purchasing Department to provide spare parts and required supplies. Inspecting new or used vehicles before purchase or receipt. Monitoring drivers’ technical performance and reporting any notes affecting vehicle condition. Preparing periodic reports on fleet status, faults, maintenance, and costs. Ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures during maintenance work. Analyzing recurring faults and proposing solutions to reduce recurrence. Monitoring maintenance costs and working to reduce expenses without affecting vehicle efficiency. Supervising technicians and workers and distributing maintenance tasks among them.
