Role Description The Senior Outgoing Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for designing and selling international travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation, tailored to client preferences and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, preparing detailed itineraries, providing visa and documentation guidance, and coordinating bookings with airlines, hotels, and tour operators. The consultant will handle inquiries, manage reservations and changes, resolve travel-related issues, and ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after trips. The role also involves maintaining updated knowledge of international destinations, travel regulations, and promotions, and contributing to sales targets and company growth. Qualifications Strong experience in outgoing travel consultancy, including building international itineraries and managing complex bookings. Solid customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing. Proficiency with reservation systems, GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), and online booking tools. Good knowledge of international destinations, airlines, hotel categories, and travel regulations (including visas and entry requirements). Sales and negotiation abilities, including upselling services and working toward individual and team targets. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment, preferably in a senior or lead consultant role. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management. Relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
