At Decorative Glass 1993, we're looking for a dynamic Project Sales Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver innovative architectural glass solutions for the construction industry.
Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.✔ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project sales within the construction industry.✔ Experience in aluminum, architectural glass, cladding, façade systems, curtain walls, stainless steel, or other building materials is highly preferred.✔ Proven experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and corporate clients.✔ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.✔ Ability to prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.✔ Owning a car is a must.✔ Presentable, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Generate and develop new B2B project sales opportunities.???? Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and corporate clients.???? Promote the company's architectural glass solutions and identify customer requirements.???? Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with internal departments.???? Follow up on project progress, customer requirements, and sales pipeline.???? Conduct client visits and project presentations.???? Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.???? Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
