ROLE PURPOSE Build Our Group's HR function from the ground up as the company scales from roughly 29 people today to a larger, structured team across Saudi Arabia and Egypt — with deep, hands-on command of the Saudi regulatory and government landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Design and implement core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, policies, performance management• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and GOSI obligations• Manage government-facing HR processes via Qiwa, Muqeem, and other Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) platforms• Oversee visa, iqama, and work-permit sponsorship for expatriate hires• Support hiring across all functions during the Year 1 growth plan (marketing, estimating, technical, sales)• Serve as the company's primary point of contact for labor-related government relations and audits• Payroll processing and salary administration.• Employee leave management and leave balance tracking.• Calculation and management of annual air ticket provisions/allowances.• Calculation and management of End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB).• Ensure all payroll, leave, ticket entitlements, and EOSB calculations comply with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally including at least one HR function build-out from scratch• Deep, hands-on expertise in Saudi Labor Law, Saudization/Nitaqat compliance, GOSI, and Qiwa/MHRSD processes — this is a core requirement, not a preference• Proven track record managing government relations and regulatory compliance for a company operating in Saudi Arabia• Experience in a growing SME or founder-led company transitioning to structured operations• Egyptian labor law knowledge is a plus, given HR support for the Egypt office
