EGYLIFTS is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Technical Engineer to join our technical team. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and follow up on elevator installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical elevator faults efficiently. Conduct technical inspections and ensure elevators are operating safely and properly. Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure that technical work is completed according to company standards and safety procedures. Monitor technicians’ performance and provide technical guidance when required. Review completed work and ensure proper quality and functionality before handover. Identify recurring technical issues and recommend effective solutions. Prepare and review technical reports, maintenance records, and job reports. Coordinate with the technical team, management, and customers to ensure smooth workflow. Follow up on spare parts and required materials for maintenance and repair jobs. Handle urgent technical issues and provide effective solutions within the required timeframe. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in the elevator industry. Strong hands-on experience in elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and technical follow-up. Good understanding of both mechanical and electrical elevator systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to supervise and guide technical teams. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple technical tasks. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Good knowledge of technical and safety standards. Previous experience in a senior or supervisory technical role is a strong advantage.
