Role Description The Primary French Teacher will deliver high-quality French language instruction to primary-level learners, using age-appropriate teaching methods and materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing lessons, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in school meetings and events, and contribute to curriculum development and co-curricular activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, requiring consistent presence during school hours and involvement in the broader school community.
Qualifications
Strong skills in French Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to adapt methods to primary-level learners. Experience in Tutoring and Education, supporting diverse learning styles and individual learner needs. Background in Teacher Training or professional development, with willingness to engage in continuous learning. Proficiency in spoken and written French; working knowledge of English or Arabic is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications are preferred. Demonstrated classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a learner-centered and culturally sensitive approach. Previous experience teaching primary learners in a school setting is highly beneficial.
