Position: Senior Architect Location: Benghazi (Libya)
We are seeking for Senior Architect Engineer to manage technical aspects of all architectural projects at the firm, from design development through construction administration. Responsibilities will involve development of architectural designs for a variety of Projects, including residential, commercial, Hospital, Airport, corporate and mixed use developments, from initial concept and preliminary design to final design and tender documentation level including project delivery, from concept design, documentation, contract administration, quality control, project management and client engagement and management.
Responsibilities:Lead architectural design and strategy to establish best practices and standards for technology solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into architectural designs Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our architecture and improve operational efficiency Conduct rigorous technical reviews of projects, ensuring compliance with defined architecture standards and principles Provide mentorship and support to junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Engage with stakeholders to communicate architectural concepts clearly and advocate for architectural decisions Oversee the documentation of architectural designs and frameworks, ensuring their accessibility and clarity for future reference.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field. Experience 5+ years managing large-scale construction projects, e.g Airport, Hospital or similar Mega projects. A strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design skills and experience in real estate projects. Proficiency in Auto-desk Rivet and Auto-CAD. A deep understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and building codes. Ability to develop projects from initial design to final design development. Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
