Job title: Advertising and Campaigns Manager, Administrative Subordinates MarketingGoal of the job: implement and manage advertising campaigns on digital platforms to achieve company objectives in terms of potential customers, sales, and brand awareness. Responsibilities and tasks:

• Prepare and execute sponsored campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, Google, Facebook
• Analyze ad performance and improve results: CTR, CPL, CPM
• Select different audience types, A/B testing
• Research opportunities and new platforms
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure ads align with marketing goals
• Monitor performance and ensure budget compliance
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Work from home

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with TikTok Business, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager tools
• Data analysis skills, Google Sheets
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the team
• Teamwork
• Strong hands-on experience in managing ad campaigns
