Job Description:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand, inventory, capacity, and material availability.

• Issue daily work orders and assign machinery in line with the approved production plan.

• Coordinate with Warehouse to confirm the availability of raw materials and packaging materials required for production.

• Monitor shop-floor transactions and production plan adherence, identifying deviations, constraints, and potential risks.

• Monitor shift KPIs including productivity, efficiency, wastage, output, downtime, and safety.

• Follow up with Maintenance on planned, preventive, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.

• Optimize labor and machine utilization to maximize output, improve efficiency, and minimize production losses.

• Plan labor shifts, rotations, and leave schedules according to production requirements.

• Ensure alignment with Quality and Safety standards and initiate corrective actions to address identified gaps.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce losses, waste, downtime, and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

• Prepare and maintain accurate production planning records, work orders, reports, and ERP/MRP transactions.

• Maintain housekeeping standards and promote a safe, efficient, and well-organized production environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering/business field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Scheduling, or Production Operations, preferably within Food Manufacturing or FMCG.

• Experience in a high-volume, multi-SKU, batch, or similar manufacturing environment.

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
