Job Purpose :We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Lead to lead and oversee day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational support. The HR Lead will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR practices are aligned with business objectives while maintaining a positive, productive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations Lead and oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. Ensure accurate and timely employee records, contracts, documentation, and HR reports. Monitor attendance, leave, employee movements, and other HR-related processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Continuously improve HR processes, policies, and procedures.2. Employee Relations Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters. Handle employee concerns, conflicts, disciplinary cases, and workplace issues professionally. Support management in resolving employee relations matters fairly and consistently. Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.3. Performance Management Coordinate and manage the company's performance appraisal process. Support managers in setting clear KPIs and performance objectives. Monitor performance improvement plans and follow up on employee progress. Identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate development actions.4. Recruitment & Onboarding Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective workforce planning and hiring. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process when required. Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding experience for new employees. Monitor new-hire integration and probation-period evaluations.5. Learning & Development Identify training and development needs across departments. Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives. Support career development and succession planning. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.6. Compensation & Benefits Support salary reviews, promotions, increments, and employee benefits processes. Ensure accurate coordination with Finance regarding payroll-related HR information. Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information. Support market benchmarking and compensation analysis when required.7. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company regulations. Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure proper record keeping. Support internal HR audits and compliance reviews.8. Culture & Employee Engagement Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities. Support the development of a strong company culture aligned with organizational values. Organize employee activities, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives. Gather employee feedback and recommend actions to improve employee experience.9. Team Leadership Lead and guide HR team members and ensure effective allocation of responsibilities. Set clear objectives and monitor team performance. Coach and develop HR team members. Ensure HR services are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with experience in a lead or supervisory position. Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and labor law. Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic organizations. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience managing or mentoring HR team members is preferred.
