Job purpose:
Monitor the implementation of c GMP requirements during the manufacturing process to ensure a permanent state of control, and perform all physical tests for all the manufacturing/ cleaning activities.
Responsibilities:
Make sure that all production processes are being performed in compliance with GMP. Assure the gowning procedure for all employees in all production areas comply with dress code instructions and c GMP. Assure daily checks for all balances in all production areas and dispensing areas are being carried out and assure the due date of calibration. Sampling of all processing activities (physical and chemical) according to related SOPs and delivered to Quality Control Reviewing of all production logbooks and ensuring that all activities are actually recorded and in compliance with GMP and GDP. Execute all the required physical tests for each product and make sure that all tests are conform and record the results in the batch production record. Execute all visual checks and follow up on the packaging process, and record it in the batch packaging record

Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.1–5 years of experience in an IPC / GMP Compliance role. Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and GMP Rules. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Working condition:
