Job Details

The TVET Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all TVET (Technical & Vocational Education and Training) programs and university partnership initiatives. Ensure alignment of vocational education programs with industry requirements, support government and qualification authorities’ collaboration, manage industry and university partnerships, and facilitate corporate educational expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and alignment of vocational education programs with labor market and industry workforce needs. Develop and maintain sustainable partnerships between schools, industry, and qualification authorities. Coordinate collaboration with the Ministry of Education and relevant governmental bodies to modernize vocational education frameworks. Support accreditation, certification, and compliance of TVET programs with national and international standards. Facilitate dual-learning models combining classroom instruction with workplace training. Oversee corporate relationships with university administrations and academic leadership. Coordinate agreements and partnerships with universities, supporting joint programs, research initiatives, and academic collaborations. Provide strategic input and guidance for the planning and launch of new university projects. Lead program coordination across schools, ensuring alignment between vocational programs, industry partners, and regulatory authorities. Monitor TVET program performance, develop reports, and provide recommendations to corporate leadership. Establish advisory boards and promote industry engagement in vocational education programs. Support feasibility studies, strategic planning, and partner identification for corporate education expansion initiatives. Ensure all programs deliver measurable outcomes aligned with corporate objectives and industry standards.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Education Management, TVET, or Strategic Partnerships is preferred.- Previous Experience: 10-15 years in leadership roles in vocational education, workforce development, or higher education partnerships. Proven experience in industry collaboration, government engagement, and program management.- Special requirements: Strong expertise in TVET program development and alignment with workforce needs. Proven ability to develop and maintain partnerships with industry, universities, and government authorities. Strategic program management and project coordination skills. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
