الموقع مسؤول عن تصميم معايير الجودة، وفحص المواد والمعدات والعمليات والمنتجات، وتطوير أنظمة مراقبة الجودة، وتحديد إجراءات التصحيح. بالتفصيل، ستقوم بـ:
-إدارة وقيادة موظفي الجودة المشاركين في أنشطة فحص العملية والفحص النهائي.
-تقديم الخبرة الفنية والتعليمات لمرؤوسه.
-تقييم أداء فريقه مقارنة بمتطلبات عملهم وتحديد احتياجات التدريب بشكل منتظم لترقية مهاراتهم.
-التأكد من أن جميع المنتجات قيد المعالجة مُنتَجة وفقًا للمواصفات المرتبطة بها.
-التأكد من توفر جميع معدات القياس وأدوات الفحص اللازمة للفحص أثناء العملية.
-استخدام وتطبيق أدوات إحصائية لتحليل البيانات المرتبطة بالمنتج الناتج عن الفحص الجاري أو المختبر.
-المناقشة يوميًا مع مدير الإنتاج وكبار المسؤولين عن عيوب المنتج لمنع وتقليل أسباب حدوث العيب.
-إصدار فحص المنتجات أثناء المعالجة المتعلقة بالوثائق (تعليمات العمل، تعليمات الفحص، إلخ)
-متابعة والإشراف على جميع أنشطة الفحص والأنشطة المتعلقة أو المؤثرة
- مراقبة المنتجات النهائية المعادة من العملاء وتقارير قطاع ما بعد البيع
-تحديد خطط عمل لازمة لتحسين مؤشرات الأداء الخاصة بالمنتج النهائي وعوائد العملاء
-الاطلاع وتنفيذ متطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة ISO 9001.
-التأكد من أن جميع معدات الاختبار والأدوات المستخدمة تحت إشرافه تخضع لبرنامج المعايرة وتطبق وفق كل برنامج.
-مجال اهتمام لتقليل تكلفة المعالجة أو الفحص.

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل الميكاترونكس/ الكيمياء)
- الخبرة: 1-3 سنوات خبرة في الجودة ويفضل في مجال الأجهزة المنزلية
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة
- مهارات قيادية قوية، ويفضل أن تتضمن خبرة في القيادة/الإدارة/توجيه الآخرين
- تفكير منطقي وتحليلي قوي
- القدرة على التعاون بفعالية ضمن بيئة متعددة الوظائف
- مهارات حل المشكلات من خلال الابتكار والإبداع
The position is responsible for designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions . In detail, you will:
-Manage & lead quality staff engaged in Process and final inspection activities.
-Provide technical expertise & instruction to his subordinate.
-Evaluate his team performance against their job requirement and define training needs on regular bases to upgrade their skills.
-Ensure that all products under processing are produced according to their related specs.
-Ensure the availability of all measuring equipment & inspection instruments needed for in process inspection.
-Use and apply statistical tools to analyze and expire the product related data of the being inspection and/or tested.
-Discus on daily bases with production manager & senior the product defects to prevent & reduce cause of defect occurrence.
-Issue the inspection of in process products related documents (work instruction, inspection instruction, etc)
-Follow up & supervise all inspection activities & relating or affecting activities
- Monitor the final products returned from Customers & After sales service sector reports
-Establishing the required action plans to improve final product & customer returns KPIs
-Aware and implement the requirement of quality management system ISO 9001.
-Ensure that all used testing equipment and/or tools under his supervision are subjected for calibration program follow the program implement for each.
-area of interest to minimize the cost of processing or inspection.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree engineering, (Mechatronics/Chemical are preferred)
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in quality preferably in home appliances field
- Fluent Spoken and written command of English language.
- Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience
- Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
- Problem solving skills through innovation and creativity
