Role Description The Site Civil Technical Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves reviewing and interpreting civil and structural drawings, technical specifications, and project documents to ensure accurate execution on site. Responsibilities include preparing and updating quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, and technical reports, as well as coordinating with site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with design standards and project timelines. The role also includes assisting in preparing method statements, shop drawings, and as-built documentation, and supporting project managers with progress tracking and reporting. The Site Civil Technical Office professional will collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and quality teams to maintain high safety and quality standards throughout project delivery.
Qualifications

3 Experience in real estate or construction field Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate effectively with site teams, consultants, and stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Research and Training skills to analyze technical data, stay updated on standards, and support knowledge sharing within the team. Candidates should possess proven Project Management skills to assist in planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Civil engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, with experience in site and technical office work for real estate or construction projects. Proficiency in relevant engineering and office software (e.g., Auto CAD, MS Office, project management tools) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site project environment. Prior experience in large-scale residential or mixed-use developments in Egypt is an advantage.
