Job Description

• Monitor the process through SCADA system.

• Inspecting the process elements to ensure stability and the product quality.

• Industrialization of new raw materials, compounds, and new process.

• Working on continuous process improvement.

• Improving Quality Checklists and identifying the key characteristics to be monitored to reducing variability

• Managing the Key performance indicators (KPI's),

• Perform the quality studies of Control charts, Process Capability, MSA and gap analysis.

• Following up control plan and PFMEA and updates

• Analyzing root cause failures in products and implement corrective actions.

• Utilize problem-solving tools to develop solutions for problems.

• Utilize Statistical Control methodology for process control

• Following up technical reviews, tracking action items, driving closure daily, weekly, and monthly status reporting.

• Responsible for managing and communicating the process and material changes.

• Deployment of scrap voices to define the area of improvement.

• Study the material specification, rubber chemistry

• following the digital transformation projects and spread the digital culture

Requirements

Job Requirements

• BSc Science (Special Chemistry OR Major Chemistry & Physics ONLY)

• 0-2 Years of experience.

• Males applied should have Military service defined (exempted or completed)

• Alexandria Residence ONLY.

• Excellent English commands spoken and written.

• Excellent computer skills (Ms. Office).

• Ability to work alone & effective in a team of different ages.

• Ability to meet deadline line with perfect results & well-organized manner.

• Ability to delivery & prepare accurate and organized reports.
