Social Media Specialist (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Specialist with background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, managing all platforms, creating engaging content, and driving paid advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and support sales efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage monthly and weekly social media content calendars aligned with real estate market trends and company objectives.

·        Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp, managing budgets effectively.

·        Content Creation & Collaboration: Partner with design, copywriting, and video production teams to produce informative, high-converting multimedia content.

·        Community Management: Engage professionally with followers, respond to inquiries and comments promptly, and resolve minor user technical issues on our pages.

·        Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for all campaigns using tools like Buffer and platform analytics.

·        Influencer Marketing: Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and content creators to expand brand reach.

·        Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and technology tools.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align consistently with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure unified brand messaging.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

·        Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management and targeted advertising.

·        Industry: Prior experience within the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.

·        Skills: Proficient in copy-writing, content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer), and digital analytics.

·        SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles to improve content discoverability.

·        Leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide, train, and collaborate with a small creative team.

·        Soft Skills: Strong initiative, continuous learning mindset, client-centric approach, and excellent presentation skills
