As the second-in-command and General Manager of the Posh Club, a luxury boutique hotel within the hotel, the Posh Club Hotel Manager will oversee the implementation of brand standards, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a high level of leadership, operational expertise, and attention to detail to ensure the Posh Club meets its brand promise and provides an unparalleled guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the second-in-command and General Manager of the Posh Club, driving strategic initiatives and overseeing daily operations.
- Implement and maintain Posh Club brand standards, including Butler service standards, and optional brand standards where appropriate.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and recognition, encouraging employees to contribute to the success of the operation.
- Monitor all Posh Club operations, working through team members to adjust and improve processes as necessary.
- Ensure product quality and service standards are met in all areas, including physical appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Establish and maintain preventative maintenance programs to protect physical assets.
- Demonstrate awareness of health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring all procedures are conducted safely and within guidelines.
- Familiarize yourself with property safety, first aid, and fire and emergency procedures, enforcing these in the club.
- Log, investigate, and rectify security incidents and accidents to prevent future occurrences
- Oversee the food and beverage service operation, adhering to company policy, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure availability of stocks and snack items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lounge and Posh Club area.
- Ensure all employees deliver the Posh Club promise, providing exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, resolving issues satisfactorily.
- Oversee the delivery of superior services, ensuring prompt response to requests and effective resolution of complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 5 6 years
