Role Description The Senior Sales (Resale) professional will lead and grow resale business activities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting on-site meetings, and providing consultative guidance on brokerage and resale offerings. The role also involves mentoring and training junior sales team members, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with management to forecast revenue and refine sales processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo, requiring consistent presence and active engagement with clients and colleagues. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proven customer service capabilities with a client-focused approach and ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally. Demonstrated success in sales and resale activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals. Experience in sales management and training, with the ability to guide, coach, and support junior team members. Background in brokerage, real estate, or financial services is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets. Comfort with using CRM tools and basic office software to track activities and report results.
