Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring world-class standards in production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in driving plant performance, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting the company's continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to achieve production and business objectives. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Quality, HSE, and regulatory requirements. Optimize production efficiency, cost control, and resource utilization. Lead and develop production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams. Monitor plant KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance. Collaborate with senior management to support strategic business goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent Engineering discipline.10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations. Minimum 5 years in a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership role. Strong experience in Latex Gloves Manufacturing is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, and HSE. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills in English.
