Are you passionate about sales, building client relationships, and closing deals? We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team and help expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.- Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce the company's services.- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.- Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experience.- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.- Previous experience in a Marketing Agency or selling marketing services is a strong plus.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
