We are seeking a creative and proactive "Resource Development Specialist" to design and implement effective fundraising strategies to increase our NGO's resources. You will play a key role in building strategic partnerships, expanding our network of supporters, and securing the funding needed to sustain and grow our developmental and community projects.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative resource development plans to attract funding, grants, or sponsorships for the NGO. Identify and build strong, long-term relationships with potential partners, corporate donors, and supporting entities. Prepare and submit compelling funding proposals and presentations tailored to different donors. Monitor and evaluate the results of fundraising campaigns and prepare accurate performance reports. Represent the organization at relevant community events, networking sessions, and conferences to promote our cause.
Requirements & Qualifications Proven practical experience (2-4 years) in resource development, fundraising, PR, or B2B sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build and maintain a strong professional network, preferably with connections in the development sector. Outstanding presentation and report-writing skills. A strong passion for NGO work and community development.
