Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Export Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate international shipments, ensure documentation compliance, and maintain strong communication with shipping partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all export operations and documentation (LCs, B/Ls, COO, etc.)

Coordinate with logistics, shipping lines, customs brokers, and truckers

Maintain relationships with shipping partners and agents

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery

Ensure compliance with international trade laws and export regulations

Prepare weekly and monthly export reports for management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in export operations.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC procedures, customs docs, and international shipping documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
