Operate packaging equipment and devices safely and efficiently, perform basic machine maintenance, and support production goals while fully adhering to safety, quality, and occupational health standards (GMP, GHK, HACCP), and ensure accurate production data recording. Main skills and responsibilities Operate packaging machines and equipment, such as: Cooling tunnels Can conveyor Vario pack machine Palletizer & De-Palletizer Pack Conveyors Coding machines Carry out start and end of production shifts according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support basic maintenance tasks: Accompany and assist maintenance technicians in mechanical and operational maintenance. Assist in identifying and evaluating operational problems to prevent breakdowns and reduce line downtime. Safety and Quality (Safety, GMP & HACCP): Strict adherence to food safety and general cleanliness practices (GMP, GHK, HACCP). Work safely and report unsafe conditions or practices to achieve zero accidents (Zero LTA). Keep records and logs related to the Quality Management System (IQMS). Raw Materials and Packaging Materials Control (RM & PM Control): Record and control the waste/defect rate of packaging materials. Prepare packaging material incoming and return orders and conduct daily inventory
