About the Internship

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Engineering Internship Program. This program provides hands-on exposure to real industrial operations and allows interns to gain practical experience across different engineering functions while working alongside experienced professionals.

The internship will provide exposure to the following areas:

• Production Electrical Maintenance

• Production Mechanical Maintenance

• Research & Development (R&D)

• Applications Production (Casting)

• Quality R&D

• Project Sales

The internship duration is 6 months, with the possibility of being hired as a full-time employee based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in daily operational activities and projects.

• Assist in troubleshooting, analysis, and improvement initiatives.

• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Support production processes and monitor operational performance.

• Assist in quality improvement activities and technical documentation.

• Support R&D activities, testing, and product improvement projects.

• Assist in preparing technical reports and data analysis.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow safety procedures and engineering standards.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the assigned department.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).

• Fresh graduates only (Class of 2025 or 2026).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

• Ability to work in an on-site industrial environment.
